I bought your "Happiness" CD and started to listen to the music that night. Wow, it is amazing! Ian is so brilliant and bravo to combine the eastern and western element that associates with chocolate in the music. I love that uniqueness and enjoy to listen to the music every day since I bought it.
I love them all and one of my favourites is track 9 Francesca, it lasts for 1:49 and hope it can be longer, it is pure and beautiful like you.

The mandala painting experience was very enjoyable and fulfiling besides the delicious chocolate the painting itself takes you out a bit from daily routine. It was relaxing and very inspiring at the same time it makes me be more creative both in personal and professional life.

Chocolate for me is not only a food, it’s more like a piece of artwork. They are elegant and mysterious. Besides, Chocolate is my comfort food. I like to savor chocolate especially when I am sad and depressed. Chocolate is an emotional rescuer, a great-tasting piece of chocolate can makes me feel happy and relaxed. It also helps me get over those super tired moments. I enjoy feeling the chocolate slowly melting in my mouth, it’s wonderful.
I found that Chocolate is called "Theobroma" in Greek, which means "food of the gods." I totally agree with this. Chocolate is one of the most precious gift that the god give to us.

Working with you was a great moment for me to learn. I seldom see people are so enthusiastic about their work, being so energetic every time we met. This has led me to really think about if I am doing something right…. i.e. If I am pursuing something I really want to pursue. This induced a lot of thoughts in me. I think I am not passionate on what I am studying and really want to look for something "out of the box", like the internship I am pursuing.
Seriously, thank you very much for giving me this wake up call:) I really hope that you would succeed to build a great chocolate community in the future, showing me one more evidence on how being passionate matters:)

The Swiss Chamber meeting on Tuesday was very nice – but definitely the best of it was to meet you and taste your wonderful chocolate.
Everyone who knows me, also knows that I am chocolate lover. I have tested quite a few brands and also know many chocolate boutiques in Hong Kong. Your chocolate is really great – I haven’t had such a great chocolate for a long time. Your chocolate appeals to all senses. It starts with the beautiful packaging, the meaningful logo, the promising smell when you open the package, the noise when you break of a piece of the bar, the shine…and finally the gorgeous taste when it melts in your mouth.
With every second one can feel that you put all your passion, experience and profound knowledge in your company and your products. Also your homepage and all the seminars that you are offering. I am sure I will buy much more…this is the only dangerous thing. But I learnt that chocolate is healthy… so no more worries about that… just indulge…

It was my pleasure to meet you at the chocolate tasting event earlier this week. Although the amount that I ate was good enough to make me feel guilty (6 to 8 different kinds of chocolate?), however, the taste of Francesca was just so good. It made me feel so happy and I forgot how much exercise that I'll need to do to burn my calories.
